Cancellation

Loss of monies paid applies to all cancelled registrations. Our workshops are cancellable but not refundable.

If the participant requests for cancellation and/or is unable to attend the workshop for any given reason, there will be no refund issued.

Cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances

In case a workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as a pandemic, civil disturbances, adverse weather conditions, or any such event, it will be our endeavor to work with all our workshop partners, including venues, facilitators, and any other service providers, to refund the maximum amount possible.

In case of cancellation by ICI or Climate Samarth

In the event ICI or Climate Samarth cancels the workshop due to any reasons not mentioned above, the full amount will be refunded to the participants.
