Nitin Pasricha Founder & CEO

Nitin is the Founder at Integrated Climate Initiatives (ICI), a social enterprise founded to address the climate injustice that emanates because of global warming. ICI’s vision is to mainstream climate action and establish sustainability as the core pillar for development and redefine how development is currently perceived. ICI seeks to inspire and empower individuals, businesses, governments, and civil society to create a sustainable environment for our collective present & future through digital tools.

Owing to growing worries towards the degrading environment and deforestation during a trek in the Himalayas, Nitin decided to branch out toward working in the Climate Change and Sustainability sector. He completed his MSc in Sustainability with a specialisation in Climate Change from the School of Earth & Environment, University of Leeds, UK, in 2014. After working in the development and social enterprise sector for 5 years until 2018, he founded Integrated Climate Initiatives Pvt. Ltd. in 2019.

Nitin also has over 15-years of experience in digital design and development. His expertise lies primarily in User Interface (UI) & User Experience (UX) design, project management and is certified by ‘Human Factors International’ in the ‘The Science & Art of Effective Web & Application Design.’ He has previously worked with Mercer (Marsh & McLennan Companies), HCL Infosys, PVR Cinemas and consulted organizations such as LOGIN Secretariat, Embassy of Switzerland. Additionally, he additionally has over 8-years of experience as a Climate Change/Sustainability consultant.
